It's bad enough when we receive SPAM/PHISHING email which doesn't even have an addressee.  But worst when we receive SPAM/PHISHING email which is addressed to someone else.  So how is it getting into our junk mailbox?  I thought that only email addressed to our particular email address should be in our mailbox.  I don't even see a Bcc field,  so how does it get through?
