i have requested an email for resetting my password for instagram, and i have got a notification saying that they have sent me a resetting email. but when i open my email account, it shows that there is nothing received from instagram !! maybe because i havent opened my email account for a long time thats why im not receiving an email from instagram ? 

and i checked my blocked senders, there is nothing.

can you please help me with this issue.
