A message says: "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later." It continually says that for 2 days now.

I was trying to open Photo Gallery, but get this message when I start it on Windows 10:

Photo Gallery can't start because Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition is missing. Would you like to go to the Microsoft Download Center to install it?
Go to Download Center

I get that error because I uninstalled "Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition" because Secunia said it was end of life.

How can I fix Photo Gallery or uninstall it? I want to keep Movie Maker but it's bundled with Photo Gallery.

Is there a newer Movie Maker for Windows 10 that works the same as the Windows Live Essentials Movie Maker? "Movies & TV" can't edit movies.
