I posted here previously about a TO contact list glitch.  The answer provided then was accurate, but I could see that my problem would probably recur -- and now it has. Sorry, but clicking TO once (or CC or whatever)  produces a shortened contact options list, but that shortened list includes former recipients I've only contacted or received e-mail from once -- and years ago. Currently, no clicking method produces a usage-based contact list. My whole toggle mechanism seems to be off.  I'm always offered at least a few extra contacts, almost all rarely if ever contacted, and almost all from early in my Outlook.com history.  I cleared my cache just now, but remain "stuck."  Any suggestions?
