I’m getting error “Too many devices syncing with this account” after configuring Hotmail account with Outlook 2013 (Thread 8)

When I try to add my Microsoft account (Hotmail.com/ Outlook.com), I receive an error “Too many devices syncing with this account.”

Applies to: E-mail access by Windows Live Mail, Mobile Devices, Modern Mail and Outlook 2013 Preview.
