when i try to open my IDM(Internet download manager) a message appears saying that your IDM is registered with a fake serial no. however i used to run it on troubleshooter but now the IDM is not even opening on troubleshooter..........the troubleshooter tells that program is not compatible.....what i am supposed to do?
