Just downloaded Windows 8,need some easy to understand info please,ive got an apple account and password-icloud say that it is a valid apple account,but need a I cloud account,im going round in circles.

 Do I have to use my other computer in house for this to work,ie the other computer is not window 8 but windows vista,any help on this please,Dave
