Hi,

I'm probably in the wrong place, but I don't know how I'm supposed to go about this.

I was locked out of my email over a week ago as someone tried to hack my account.  I have tried six times to fill out the form generated by the website, but it keeps telling me the information has failed.

I have been on the tinyurl chat link which was given to me and I keep getting passed around to someone else. The escalation team just gave me the same form.   I have asked for someone in support to look at this - not a machine.  The latest response I have is for the support person to refer me to this forum.

I am losing money as I cannot access my emails for my business.

I cannot comply with the required form as I can't complete all the catagories. 1) I don't have an Xbox (I'm 66).  2) I can't remember exactly what folders I have created in my email (who can remember the exact names).  3) I can't supply previous password as I have only ever used one.

I need someone to deal with who is not a machine to resolve this.  If I was a hacker, I would not have spent the last week desperately trying to fix this.

I have offered to provide ID to prove my identity, but it seems to be impossible to talk to a human being who isn't going to pass me to someone else.  Please help me.  This is doing my head in and I'm losing clients and credibility.
