Original title: Windows live photo gallery

When I go into see my pictures on windows live photo gallery, when I click on a photo, a box comes up stating "an error is preventing the photo or video from being displayed".  How can I fix this?

Hi:

I was attempting to import some photos from a digital camera. It asked my if I wanted Photo Gallery to open jpg, png et al, and I said yes.

It didn't say that it would become my default, or I would have said no.

Houston: I think we have a major problem.

I have Windows 7

I updated the Live Essentials.

All my photos have no EXIF data when I click on properties.  I am scared.
