Last Monday I was asked to verify my email address : *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I had the code sent to my other e mail adrress. I couldn't get on my other email address and decided to use the text to my phone option. The 4 digit code was sent to my phone and I entered it. I went straight to my email address I have had for 7 years.

Now, I can't get on my email. It says it doesn't exist. I can only assume that by using both options.........Microsoft thinks I am not who I am. Can anyone help me!!!!!!?????????
