I was 13 on the 28th of July and I still can’t join Xbox Live Rewards.

I was 13 yesterday (29th of July today) and I've been waiting a long time to be 13 so I could join the rewards programme but whenever I go to join it says I am underage.

Here's the quote from Xbox:
