My account for Hotmail has been hacked it didn't change my password so I can still get in but they are sending random emails to people I haven't even heard of and including the rcmp so I would like to close it entirely. But I have 280 points that are expired that I don't want and tried to get rid of but wont let me because they don't exist so therefore not letting me close my account.  So please let me know what I am suppose to do thanks.
