Since changing over to outlook.com, I have frequently had great difficulty signing into my Hotmail account.

I notice that this occurs almost always during the UK working day - is this a simple case of overload on the Hotmail "server"???

I have ensured all the necessary Internet Options have been verified (ie the SSL and TLS parameters are set correctly)
