I used Windows Live to setup a new email for my custom domain but I can’t verify the account as it’s being sent to the new email I setup

Under the heading Custom Domains, I clicked on Get Started. I then added my domain (www.21triangles.com) and selected Set up Outlook.com for my domain and Clicked Continue. Finally, I created a new account in my client's name and tried to login to the email address.

I am met with this message:

Call us overprotective, but we need to verify that *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is yours

Before you can continue, you need to check your inbox for a message from the Microsoft account team. Follow the instructions in the mail to finish setting up your account.

I don't understand how I can access the email in order to verify the account. I have tried using a single use code but I am met with the same page.

Please help!
