Whenever I click on Attach icon (staple), I get a window that is blank in body with the option "Open" at top left of window.  At bottom I have a bos with drop down menu and file reads, "File Name".  When I open drop down menu it shows about 12 files.  I attempted to open all and none will open.  Can someone help me get rid of that box and enable me to attach photos, documents or spread sheet files I have.  Thanks for help.
