Hi. I am seeking assistance re a problem with my Hotmail a/c. I think that it was hacked on the 7/8/13. I have submitted all the appropriate emails/forms/requests for assistance etc. I was then  notified by a moderator 'Vanessa'. I had the same problem as Robin-- I was not permitted to view the link to access the private message that Vanessa sent me from the account that I nominated her response be sent to !!! This is ridiculous. I nominated another account for all correspondence re my suspected hacking because I thought that my Hotmail account may have been compromised!!! I have found the process to be extremely exasperating. It is certainly not helpful or user friendly. It has been 6 weeks and still no help or resolution to my problem. Why can't you just send a response to the email account that I nominated ? It is a Hotmail a/c and has not been hacked. Could you or "Vanessa " please respond to my nominated a/c which is --*** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
