I just recently switched from Hotmail to outlook because my account was locked for the longest time.  I did not have a cell phone so couldn't receive a text messages with any security codes.  Anyhow,  when I finally got all that security screening out of the way my outlook account DELETED or DID NOT TRANSFER all of my old Hotmail information.

I have no idea what happened.
