My search function hasn't worked properly for months now. No amount of refreshing or optimizing or use of alternate browsers will help since the problem is on your side. I have tried all known browsers on dozens of computers in three different states. It's the same everywhere. I don't know how many accounts have this problem, but you seem completely unable to admit or address it. I've been asked multiple times for screen shots and fiddler logs.

I have received no follow up to promised escalations. You have gone silent. Why?

When I search, this is the typical error message:

"There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go toService status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."

My previously posted questions have been locked to prevent further comment. Why?

Yes, this is ridiculous. I am not a free account. I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE! And Yes, I am being critical of you. I have searched the forum and found others with this problem, just the tip of an iceberg, I think.

Comments about max qoutas and indexing are just red herrings. I never had this problem before, and I've had large amounts of emails to search for many years without a problem. I was promised unlimited space when I signed up for a paid account. What good is it if I can't search my emails?

I have so much invested in my email addresses that to change to another provider will cause a great deal of damage to my ability to function.

I am very sad about this situation. Sometimes I'm just mad and contemplating a very large lawsuit.

It would be better if you would just fix this.

Only action on your side will solve this problem. Please admit it, and fix it.

I don't know how much longer it will be before I lose my patience completely. I know there are others like me, I want them to be able to comment.

So please don't ask me to do the same useless exercises again. And, please don't lock this thread.

I want action, not excuses.
