I have not been able to receive emails since 8 a.m. this morning, Pacific Time.  When I send myself an email from another account, I do not get a bounce back.  Doesn't matter if I am checking hotmail on my iphone or my personal computer.  When I try to update my inbox, it does not load all the emails I and other people have sent.
