When using my outlook.com email (not the outlook email client) I receive two of every email. One I get whenever the email is sent, and then I get another email that is exactly the same 30 - 60 minutes later. This is true for almost every email. The only email I do NOT get duplicates of are the ones I have forwarded from another email address. I receive just one copy of them.
