I purchased office 365 on line with an agent. They did not stay with me as they said they would. Did not see “Start All Apps”, so my subscription is not working!

I just purchased Office 365 with a Microsoft chat person on line.  He did not stay with me as he said he would.  I never saw "Start "All Apps", so my subscription is not activated
