I’ve stopped receiving incoming emails for this email account: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I’ve checked everything suggested here for similar problems… didn’t see anything wrong.

I don’t received it on Outlook.com or thunderbird software

I’ve tested sending an email from another email account to this one and didn’t get it, I’ve also asked for someone to send it to me didn’t received it… but I’m able to send emails though.

Ive tested the email on MX toolbox and it said it was unable to connect.

Can you please help me!
