I need to restore my system because it gets me out of the internet many times during the day, I took the antivirus out to restore and it doesnt make the restoration completed, what should I do?

For the last 3 days my Win 7 has been getting me out of the internet and then comes a message that it is checking for the problems  I have to get out and start over and over. I tried restore system and it doesnt get completed the restoration.
