My son has an email on my account. He doesn't remember his password or his security question as he does not regularly use this email. Now he would like to use it, but we can't get it unlocked. I have gone through the questionnaire to get a new password,
but I keep getting a message that I haven't provided enough information to reset the password. I would love to email, or even better yet, TALK to someone to straighten this out, but I can't find any contact information to contact someone.
