I did not receiveid an e mail in an alternate account as was described in steps of recovering ...so I tried many times to submmit a form but could not remember enough information (thos account was created mpre than 5 years ago) ....Does anyone could help me? I need to get the information of e-mails in that account and it  is blocked for 2 days ......I dont know why it was supose to be hacked as I was using it with no problem every day.
