This is driving me crazy, ive tried customer support, and three different people gave me three different answers, one saying to email tech support another to go here and post this, even though this is just for public answers. Looks like this is never going to be fixed. 

So I had two different Microsoft live accounts. One with my email that is on my xbox live account, but not my microsoft live account, so I cant link the two to use a really cool EA games feature. So to link them I cancelled the account with the email that is on my xbox live account. and then went to the microsoft live account that is connected to my xboxlive account to add the email address and make it my primary email so they can be linked, but it says that email is in use, even though its cancelled. One agent said you have to wait 270 days to use that email address. Which is crazy. Why would they have it set up that way? What can I do? All this to link up EA's game face feature. Its crazy how hard it is to link them up. Also my sign in email to microsoft live account is a separate email address thats not the same as the one on my xbox live account. does that have to be the one on my xbox live account? or does that not matter? its very confusing. and I downloaded like 4 programs to even use the EA gameface and then to have to deal with this is such a pain. PLEASE HELP!!
