I've been trying to recover my old account for nearly a year. i rarely use this account. I really need your help i cant remember my password. I would need to reconsider whenever i buy another microsoft product in the future. If i cant just do something as easy as this getting my account back. This is so important beacause my social network accounts like facebook is using my old hotmail email address. which i used to sign up for and has still not changed.
