I recently had to reset my computer to the factory settings which caused me to loose everything. When I was setting up my Microsoft account I entered an incorrect e mail address. Thus, I can't verify the email account. I made several attempts to correct this but was unable. I tried to set up an alias account with the correct  email address and I keep getting a message stating that address is unavailable. What can I do to elevate this problem and set up my account with the correct address??? This is causing a problem with several functions on my Windows 8 because when I attempt to enter several communities , I keep getting this "verify e mail" massage.
