I need help to recover my boss hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). It seems he accessed his hotmail using his iPhone through an unsecured WiFi and email has been hacked and hacker start sending spam on 6th July. The account has been blocked by Microsoft. We tried to recovery form, but since my boss has created the email on 2000, he don't remember information has been entered. We tried three time and collected as many contacts and email subjects he recently sent, but the reply always (not enough information), and on third time suggestion came to get new email! This email is very important for my boss and can't be replaced. We need to recover the account by any mean. We are ready to send his passport copy, answer any question we can, verify by credit card ... etc.

I am contacting you instead of him, since he don't speak English. My microsoft account is (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), and my mobile (00966501113112). I really appreciate any help from your side to recover his hotmail account.
