I signed up for my hotmail account back in 1995/96 when none of the new security measures were in place.  The email that is currently assigned is an old email that no longer exists and everything in the account is old. I've tried a number of my old passwords and it has locked the account.  I've already tried to fill out the form that is automated and tries to identify you based on the info you give.  All 3 times it tells me it can't determine if it is my account.  It's been so long that I've forgotten a lot of information, but have old emails in my new account as reference that it is indeed my email.

Is there someone human I can speak with that can actually review my account?  the email in question is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 

I'm been trying to unlock it for a couple of years now and I'm just getting frustrated at this point.
