Also, whenever I fill out the account questionnaire, they don't pass me because they don't have enough information. I put in all the information that I know. I didn't use a credit card with my account or I didn't the email which I put as my windows live ID, I only fill out my name, birth date, recent passwords, and answer to my security question. I had this same problem a while ago and didn't resolve this. 

I cant go onto xbox live because, whenever I turn on my xbox they want me to enter my ID and password to make it more security with proofs but I cant do that because I can't login. It says whenever I do put my password in my xbox, there might be something wrong with my account and then it says go to some website about account recovery and that still doesn't do anything. 

I would like to get back on my xbox as soon as possible. Thanks.
