I have just been told to create a NEW e mail to post this. My original e mail starting with hotboca is blocked with a message that says needs PARENTAL sign in. This is because the birthdate on my account needs to be updated as it was deleted.

PLEASE HELP!! This is my business account and I am LOCKED OUT!

Someone needs to accfess the account to put in my birthdate and allow me access as the PARENT

 They said a moderator will change birthdate on account
