I had a  hotmail account and Hotmail deactivated it after I received some problems.  The thing is I need reactivated ASAP to close my Twitter account.  I have had no success from Hotmail themselves even though I have explained I was sexually assaulted and I need to get rid of Social Media to protect myself.  

When I enter the email address it says, this email address is not on their records.  Twitter are not helpful even though I can send them proof who I am and pics that are on Twitter and with a police letter.  PLEASE PLEASE can anyone help me.  I am desperate to close this twitter account.
