Outlook locks up every time I open an email.  White dots  start crossing the top of the screen.  I must go back to home page and reopen to see another email.

When sending an email, the contacts are not at the compose screen but will show sometimes after clicking people several times.  I have tried deleting cookies.  What should I try next?
