I've lost a ton of emails, everything pre-2005 is gone. I most definitely didn't manually delete these.  I logged on pretty much every day on messenger and Xbox live, as well as checking my email. Is there any way to recover this part of my life?

I tried the "recover deleted emails" link from the "deleted" folder, but that only recovered 9 emails from the previous week, which were spam anyway.

Any help is appreciated.
