I cannot access my hotmail anymore via my Mac. When asked to sign in using username and password, the page diverts to "I know we're being over-protective" page and asks for an alternate email address so Microsoft can send a code. I can do this correctly
and then I am sent a code. Once I go to enter the code, I receive an error message that says "sorry that is the wrong code". I have also tried using my mobile phone as a text and as a call to receive a code. That does not work either. This is extremely
frustrating, as I have not had access to hotmail for 2 weeks. Can anybody help?
