The owner of the account asking for such changes is:

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

A few months back, this person succesfully changed my apssword, and I lost access to my own account for over a month, till your team was able to determine that my account is actually mine.

Of course, I have already changed my password, updated the secret question and so-forth. 

What should I do?  this is getting tiresome.
