If I delete the account then reinstate the account on the phone, then the e-mails come up for a short period, then after say 20 minutes when I check again I again get "no entries in this view"

I have set up an alternative account with gmail and this works fine on the phone, this does not go blank.

Also, this account has worked for the last 6 months on this phone with no problem
