Why is Microsoft so unhelpful??
I have been trying for months to get into my hotmail account and change the password. I have an alternate email address to reset passwords, which was never an issue before the switch to outlook, and now suddenly nothing I do is evidence enough to be allowed in to my account.
Who can I talk to that can actually help? Because so far I've talked to 3 moron robots who gave me completely useless information about resetting my account.
I have tried to fill out the request form, but because I haven't been into the account for months, no amount of information is enough for the stupid requirements.
Someone just help me please because I am so sick of this!!
