I have windows 8 and windows live mail suddenly will not send, but i can receive OK .error is 554 i am not very comp lit so make it easy

I have windows 8  and windows live mail suddenly will not send, but i can receive OK it has been working ok for a year now.

error is 554. I am not very comp lit so make it easy!
