I have Windows 7 with Windows Live Mail and over the last few months it has been occasionally refusing to receive mail. for the last week it now does not receive mail on a daily basis. I have to remove the mail account and create a new one and this only seems to works for a day! I can of course go online and see my email on Outlook.Com but that is not very satisfactory. I have also had a problem with Windows Explorer on a daily basis where my laptop seems to freeze for a while and then I get a message saying Windows Explorer has crashed and is searching for a solution. this has been happening for months and I have not received one solution from Microsoft. The silly think is I can receive my Windows Live Mail on my Iphone and Ipad without any problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
