I have Windows 10 (a mistake) and Windows Live Mail, and Windows Essentials 2012. Emails from Hotmail/Outlook and also Shaw quit coming through. What can I do?

My emails quit coming through to Hotmail/Outlook  and also Shaw.ca. I downloaded Windows 10 recently .  Have Windows Essentials 2012 already. How can I set this up so that I get my emails?
