I have two questions about windows live admin

1. I am using custom Email from Windows live admin (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) logging to mail.live.com,  i also want to use the same email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) from MS Outlook 2007. How can i do it?

2. I want to add another user as admin who can control the member of mydomain.com account. How can i do it?
