I sign in to one account, and drag  the symbol at the beginning of the address bar to my desktop,(the way I have always created short cuts, and continue to create them for other things) then open another tab and sign in to the other account, and repeat the process. I now have two, different, separate shortcuts on my desktop, saying: Outlook ****** (#1) and Outlook***(#2).

But when I click on either, they take me to #1. I delete #2 and make SURE I have done it correctly, and shortcut #1 now takes me to account #2

It's like no matter what it SAYS, I can have only one shortcut. Both accounts are open at the same time on my computer when I make the shortcut, but the shortcut will only take me to one or the other.

This is the third or fourth time I have posted in this forum in the last month, and I have not heard anything whatsoever in response.

Is anyone listening?
Please help me with these several issues I have been asking about!
