I have tried 4 times to receive the code to my alternate email address and NOTHING. It says I have 4 days until the code is required. Why don’t I get it?

Please somebody tell me why I haven't received the code when you have my alternate email address. Apparently in 4 days this is required and I won't be able to use this account. It is my business account and I need it.
