I have just filled in an enquiry form which generated a livemail2011 page. They received my enquiry and sent a reply but I have not received it.  I know this because I rang them. This made me think and I realised that other such email have been the same but I just thought they hadn't replied now I am wondering. My present email is Hotmail are they the same. How do I get into livemail2011
