I see this issue was raised some time ago but I am having the same issue.  I am on holiday and tried to log into Instagram from another country and it reset my password apparently to protect my account.   I'm trying to reset my instagram password so it's asking me for my email address to send a link to reset my password so when I put my email address in it says it has sent but when I go and check my emails , it is not there in in any other folder I have listed instagram as a safe sender and still don't receive there

Emails.  Can anyone help?
