I requested help but was told help is only available if I allow a technician to come on my computer. I did that one time and for 2 years received Phone calls from the unethical technician. So now I'm offered nothing!!!! I'm angry and disgusted with Microsoft. This situation should never happen to anybody.
Microsoft doesn't care about or protect their customers. I paid a lot of money for the program. Why didn't they send me a disc so I could reinstall the program myself?
