I have been a loyal user of hotmail.com for many years. Now (I believe coincident with the switch to outlook.com), all my past e-mails have disappeared. I cannot see anything. I have a some recent e-mails but all the old e-mails from years ago are gone. I access hotmail on the web, so the idea of their going away did not cross my mind. So, while my mailbox has been light recently it had not clicked that they might be gone altogether.

I am not sure what has happened and what I can do to retrieve them, but this is a fairly disastrous scenario for me. Can anyone point to what I can do? Who I should contact?

I have lost all saved e-mails in a storage folder. I had my computer worked on and when they downloaded all my hotmail  everything was on the new outlook but my stored e-mails that I have had for years are gone.How can I get them back? sorry I tagged onto this other e-mail,don't really know much about how to fix things like this.
