Ever since the forced change over, I have been unable to find my contacts from my Hotmail account. They are not in the "People" section. In fact, now the column on the left side of People is gone!

I have emailed Microsoft many times only to get an automated response that does not even address my problem.

Could someone please work with me to help resolve this problem? .....Please?
